One of my most recent traveling adventures took me to Dallas, TX. It was there that I had the pleasure of sitting with Mr. Derrick Harris & Katrina Harris, Owners of Smokey D’z BBQ and learned about their story, the history behind opening a Texas BBQ restaurant and what the future holds for them. I had a great time meeting the staff and of course had the opportunity to eat that Backyard Style BBQ!
